Micro Drum filters with new generation DIRECT DRIVE technology and flexible/modular design from MAT Industrial Technologies combines high flow rates and variable filtration micron ratings into an efficient, self-cleaning package. With filtration degrees down to 10 micron and flow capacities up to 4,000m3/hr in a single unit. Our drum filter range covers just about every continuously operating filtration requirement. MAT Drum Filters require very little maintenance and are simple to operate with the self-cleaning functionality. Automatic cleaning of the drum filter can be accomplished through differential water levels or time based. Thus leaving the plant operator free to carry out other tasks.
MAT Micro Drum Filters can be operated with a variable filtration area with up to 75% of the drum submerged. They come standard as tank type filtration units. However, on request, our drum filters can be supplied as custom frame type drum filters to fit your unique installation configuration. Micro Drum filters come standard constructed from corrosion resistant 304 Stainless Steel. For filtration of more corrosive liquids, MAT Industrial Technologies drum filters can be manufactured from 316L Stainless Steel; Super Duplex or SM0254 Steel.
