Utilizing MAT Industrial Technologies’s specially designed microbubble generation systems, our Dissolved Air Flotations systems are perfect for removal of suspended solids down to 10 microns. The floating microbubbles have the added benefit of removing high concentrations of oil and grease from water. Available in in a variety of sizes up to 200m3/hr, the modular design of our DAF systems can be configured to handle even the largest of flow rates.
MAT Industrial Technologies Dissolved Air Flotation Systems are provided as a skid mounted system for quick and easy installation anywhere in the world. They can be configured to optimize the filtration requirements of the raw water supply as either Plated or Open type designs. The compact design can be complimented with optional equipment to maximize flocculation and pH adjustments.
